Atlantic City Classic Car Show

History:

The Atlantic City Classic Car Show & Auction was founded in 1973. In 1985 GPK Auctions acquired the event and transformed it into the East Coast's largest classic car show & auction!

GPK Auctions produces The Atlantic City Classic Car Show & Auction; an annual three day event; which spent its early years at the beautiful Boardwalk Hall. By 1998 the event had out grown the 300,000 sq ft of Boardwalk Hall and moved to the spacious 500,000 sq ft of the new state-of-the-art Atlantic City Convention Center.

GPK Auctions continued to expand in 2001 with the addition of The Classics; an annual one night only auction; offering a limited number of the finest automobiles in the country. The Classics Auction was presented in the elegant 29,000 sq ft Ballroom of the Borgata Hotel & Casino until 2010. In 2011 The Classics Auction moved to the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino where the automobiles are showcased in the elaborate 61,000 sq ft Mark G. Etess Arena.
